Garmisch-Partenkirchen – Dramatische Szenen am Eibsee in Grainau! Ein größerer Rettungseinsatz läuft seit heute Nachmittag. Mehrere Personen sind gegen 14 Uhr auf der Eisfläche des Sees im Landkreis Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Bayern) eingebrochen. Zahlreiche Rettungs- und Einsatzkräfte sind vor Ort, um die Betroffenen zu retten. Auch ein Polizeihubschrauber ist im Einsatz. Kurz vor 14 Uhr: Mehrere Personen sind auf der Eisfläche des Sees Foto: Webcam Zugspitze Mehr als 20 Notrufe waren bei der Leitstelle des Bayerischen Roten Kreuzes (BRK) eingegangen. Laut BRK-Sprecher Sohrab Taheri-Sohi waren 16 Menschen in den See eingebrochen. 14 von ihnen wurden verletzt – darunter 11 Leichtverletzte, zwei mittelschwer Verletzte und eine Person musste reanimiert werden. Insgesamt wurden vier Opfer in Krankenhäuser gebracht, die anderen werden in einem Hotel betreut. Am Einsatz waren auch 4 Hubschrauber beteiligt. Warum die Menschen bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen aufs Eis gingen, ist noch unklar. Die Polizei warnt davor, zugefrorene Gewässer zu betreten.
